  • TOLL FREE DICTATION AND DIGITAL RECORDER: You can give dictations on our 800 number or you can give dictations on your digital voice recorder and upload it to our dedicated site, www.MyDictationsOnline.com. You can also use both the modes of dictation simultaneously. Even if you choose to opt for dual mode of dictation, this special service comes to you @ NO EXTRA CHARGE.
  • TURNAROUND: All the transcribed reports are sent back within 24-36 hours. Shorter turnaround is also available on request. Limited number of short turnaround requests can be accommodated @ NO EXTRA CHARGE.
  • DELIVERY OPTIONS: The reports can be sent back to you via e-mail, FTP, fax, or secured website. You can use any number of delivery options or all of them. This special service comes to you @ NO EXTRA CHARGE.
  • BACKUP FILES: Archiving of data for a minimum period of one year or maybe more. When you need it, we can retrieve the files for you and send it to you and that too @ NO EXTRA CHARGE.
  • EDITING AND CORRECTIONS: After giving dictations and transcription, if you need any changes to be done by us, simply fax the hand-corrected copy to us and we will send you back the corrected copy. This service comes to you @ NO EXTRA CHARGE.
  • TEMPLATES AND MACROS: We can handle any type of templates and macros as per your requirement. Also, any kind of custom formatting can be accommodated.
